Return Policy & Instructions

While we hope you love everything you buy from us, we understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out. Your happiness is our top priority!

What Can Be Returned?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your item
Missed the 14-day window by a couple of days? We have been there — we get it!


What Can't Be Returned?
To keep things fresh and fair for everyone, the following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

  • Mystery items

  • Accessories, food or personal care items

  • Items bought with a coupon code of 30% off or more (under 30% off = returnable!)

  • Purchases made with earned cash back

  • Sale items and items ending in .99

  • Anything otherwise marked as FINAL SALE

Return Conditions
We'll inspect each return carefully. Items will not be accepted (and will be returned to you at your expense) if they show:

  • Perfume or smoke odor

  • Pet hair or visible blemishes

  • Signs of wear

We know our customers are incredible, so we don't expect this to be an issue!

You can choose:

Store Credit/Drift Dance & Athletic Gift Card or a direct product exchange
 

Shipping Costs
Original and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility

 

How to Start a Return
Bring your item into the store during operating hours and we will process it for you. Purchased online? No worries! Just mail the item back to us:

Return Processing Time
Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once received.
Be sure to hold onto your tracking info just in case!
